I think you get to a certain age(over thirty) and you reach a certain celeb status where you dont dress like this. You can only be Tacky and still be a star if you are Madonna, Rihanna, Nicki Minaj and of course Lady gaga. I don't know what the deal is, but Kim, you should be arrested by the Fashion Police for this!
